Every year the Miss IndiaNZ event takes place in a sold-out venue and has all the ritz and glitz of a Bollywood movie. Participants battle it out in everything from talent quests and Q&As to Indian ethnic wear and Western formal gown segments. They’re judged by many of the country’s most renowned personalities.
“This isn’t a bikini competition. It’s a Kiwi-Indian cultural extravaganza that celebrates elegance, fashion, music and dance. It builds confidence and enables the participants to showcase not just their beauty but also their talent.
This year’s event takes place on Saturday 16th September at The Auckland Town Hall. Tickets go on sale on 3rd July at www.ticketmaster.co.nz
