She was born in New Zealand but fosters her Indian roots with pride, with proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi languages. Karanpreet is year 12 student of Macleans College. She loves studying Science but her favorite subjects are Chemistry & Biology. She is 17 years old & is the youngest contestant.

Karanpreet Dhanjal has also been learning and performing Various form of dances since she was five years of age, and has taken her passion for Indian music and dance to a higher level.

She started her own YouTube Channel.

“Miss Indianz will give me the platform to enhance my talent as well as promoting it. I love to perform and the pageant is the perfect channel. I have always been interested in acting and modelling,” Karanpreet said.

She is a blood donor with NZ blood Service. She is concerned about the present state of our Planet’s environment. To promote recycling she does charity work with Habitat for Humanity. As Miss IndiaNZ she wants to do charity at a bigger scale.

She also hopes to make lifelong friends and is excited to learn more from diversity of Indian cultures in Miss IndiaNZ.
